Eighty feet of Italian build with four cabins, four bathrooms, air conditioning throughout and a sound system that actually does the job. This is the boat people book when the photos matter as much as the day itself.
Its party piece is the gear that goes in the water: an inflatable slide off the stern and a heavy-duty floating cabana that holds a crowd without wobbling. Both are quoted separately and depend on availability, so ask when you book rather than assuming they are on board.
It leaves from Puerto Cancún, convenient if you are staying in the Hotel Zone. The day runs to Playa Norte with a snorkeling stop at El Meco or the sunken boat off La Amada. Lately the south end of the island has been drawing the bigger yachts — more room to anchor and better colour in the water.
